Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Senior Client Advisor for our Bondi Junction store in Sydney. You will honor customers with Tiffany’s renowned service, using strategic selling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to reach sales targets and exceed client expectations.

You will mentor teammates, support opening/closing duties and ensure a flawless Tiffany Experience on the sales floor, maintaining luxury standards in presentation and client interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years retail experience, preferably within the jewelry industry.
• Previous expert selling experience.
• Demonstrable problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communications skills – verbal and written.
• Strong computer skills – Word, Excel and CRM.
• Flexible working availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Previous experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Gemology Certificate/Diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand and execute on pre-determined individual Annual Net Sales plan by cultivating strong customer relationships.
• Assist customers with merchandise selections using strategic and consultative selling skills.
• Cultivate customers with personalized interactions.
• Learn and execute practices to achieve high client repeat rate.
• Embody and inspire the highest luxury standards in presentation and behavior.
• Manage customer issues/complaints.
• Become an active member of store team to support initiatives and efforts of the store and company.
• Ensuring health, safety and welfare of yourself and others at work.
