Tiffany & Co. in Perth is seeking a Senior Client Advisor to deliver exceptional service, apply product knowledge, and build lasting client relationships that drive sales.

You will achieve and exceed individual sales targets, coach teammates, assist with store opening/closing, and ensure smooth daily operations on the shop floor.

The role requires jewelry retail experience, strong communication, and a passion for luxury service in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum two years retail experience, preferably within jewelry
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving ability and client-focused service
• Proficient with CRM, Word and Excel tools
• Experience in luxury retail environments is a plus

Aufgaben

• Achieve individual annual net sales targets by building strong client relationships
• Assist clients with product selection through consultative selling and Tiffany standards
• Build lasting client relationships through personalised service and proactive clienteling
• Drive client retention and repeat business through effective follow-up
• Represent the Tiffany & Co. brand through professional presentation and service standards
• Handle client inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively
• Work with the boutique team to support business initiatives and store objectives
• Support Advisors through coaching to strengthen selling skills
