Tiffany & Co. Sydney Airport Store is seeking a Senior Client Advisor to deliver the Tiffany Experience with strategic selling, product expertise and proactive client follow-up.

You will mentor teammates, help achieve sales plans, manage client relationships and ensure flawless store operations while upholding the highest luxury standards and brand integrity. This role supports store leadership and contributes to a premium client experience.

Competenze

• Minimum two years retail experience, preferably jewelry.
• Previous expert selling experience.
• Demonstrable problem-solving ability.
• Strong customer service ethics.
• Excellent communications skills – verbal and written.
• Previous senior sales experience.
• Gemology Certificate/Diploma preferred.

Mansioni

• Understand and execute on pre-determined individual Annual Net Sales plan by cultivating strong customer relationships and delivering Tiffany’s service standards.
• Assist customers with merchandise selections using consultative selling skills in line with training modules and standards.
• Cultivate customers with personalized interactions and high client repeat rate.
• Support store team and Management with sales initiatives and coaching.
• Ensure health, safety and welfare at work and compliance with safety procedures.
