Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in Sydney seeks a Senior Client Advisor to deliver the Tiffany Experience on the shop floor, applying consultative selling and product expertise to nurture client relationships.

You will contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets, mentor junior Client Advisors, and support opening and closing duties while upholding the brand’s luxury standards and commitment to exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years retail experience, preferably in jewelry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong computer skills: Word, Excel and CRM.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in a luxury retail environment preferred.
• Gemology certificate/Diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet annual net sales targets by cultivating strong customer relationships and delivering the Tiffany Experience.
• Assist customers with merchandise selections using consultative selling.
• Cultivate customers with personalized interactions and build client loyalty.
• Mentor and coach Client Advisors to help them achieve sales plans.
• Support store opening and closing duties and ensure smooth floor operations.
• Ensure health, safety and welfare of team members on shift.
