Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Senior Client Advisor for its Gold Coast store in Queensland. You will deliver the Tiffany Experience through strategic clienteling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to meet and exceed sales targets.

You will mentor teammates, support store operations and champion the highest luxury standards in service and presentation. Relevant jewelry experience and Gemology credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years retail experience, preferably in jewelry.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service ethics and relationship building.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Prior senior sales experience a plus.
• Gemology certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand and execute on annual Net Sales plan through premium client engagement.
• Assist customers with merchandise selections using consultative selling.
• Cultivate customers with personalized interactions and follow-up.
• Support store management with opening/closing duties and floor operations.
• Coach and mentor junior Client Advisors to maximize sales performance.
• Ensure health, safety and welfare of staff and customers on site.
• Maintain Tiffany’s luxury standards in presentation and service.
