Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Senior Client Advisor for our Bondi Junction store. You will deliver Tiffany’s renowned customer service, leveraging product expertise and proactive client follow-up to exceed sales goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years retail experience, preferably within the jewelry industry.
• Previous expert selling experience.
• Demonstrable problem-solving ability.
• Strong customer service ethics.
• Excellent communications skills – verbal and written.
• Strong computer skills – Word, Excel and CRM.
• Flexible working availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Previous experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Previous senior sales experience.
• Gemology Certificate/Diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand and execute on predetermined individual Annual Net Sales plan by cultivating strong customer relationships and delivering Tiffany Touch.
• Assist customers with merchandise selections using strategic and consultative selling skills.
• Cultivate customers with personalized interactions.
• Learn and execute practices to achieve high client repeat rate.
• Inspire the highest luxury standards in presentation and behavior.
• Manage customer issues/complaints.
• Be an active member of store team to support initiatives and the company.
• Ensure health, safety and welfare at work and comply with safety systems.
• Support Adviors in achieving their sales plans through mentoring and coaching.
