Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in Perth is seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead store performance and deliver exceptional client service. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will drive sales, manage staff development and ensure operations run smoothly across shifts.

You will build client relationships, train and mentor team members, assist in recruitment and onboarding, and host client events to grow the portfolio. Flexibility for non-traditional hours is expected in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years supervisory or management experience.
• Sound sales experience in retail or relevant customer-related experience.
• Experience in sales generation and achieving sales results.
• Experience working towards targets and KPIs.
• Experience in organizing events is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and support staff to meet sales plans.
• Build relationships with internal and external clients and nurture client portfolio.
• Support Store Manager in organizing and hosting client events.
• Create exceptional client experiences and drive high service levels.
• Provide product and sales training to staff and supervise onboarding.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding for new starters.
• Handle key-holder responsibilities including opening/closing the store.
