Job summary

Unisys is seeking a Field Engineer in Sydney, Australia, to install, diagnose, maintain and service desktop PCs, printers, and peripherals at client locations. You will provide remote and on-site Level 2 and Level 3 IT support, addressing incidents and requests that the Service Desk cannot resolve.

You will manage physical End User Equipment, work with Service Partners on infrastructure at client sites, and help deliver a high level of customer service during business hours.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain End User Productivity and Service Desk Equipment and Systems at client locations.
• Provide remote and on-site Level 2 and Level 3 support for Incidents and Service Requests.
• Support includes deep knowledge of Services and competent staff for deployment and maintenance.
• Manage physical support for End User Equipment and devices.
• Collaborate with Service Partners to support Infrastructure at client sites.
• Offer guidance to End Users for End User Productivity and Services during business hours.
• Record incidents and requests on behalf of End Users while engaging clients.
• Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction in all interactions.
