Job summary

Unisys in Canberra is seeking a Senior Field Engineer to install, diagnose, maintain and service End User Productivity and Service Desk equipment at client sites.

The role requires NV1 security clearance, strong IT support experience with KPIs, and excellent written and verbal communication, with a focus on customer service.

You will provide on-site and remote Level 2/3 support, work with partners, and ensure professional, high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, maintain End User Productivity and Service Desk Equipment at client locations.
• Provide remote and on-site Level 2 and Level 3 support for Incidents and Service Requests.
• Level 2/3 support includes: skilled staff with deep knowledge of services.
• Manage and provide physical support for End User Productivity and Service Desk Equipment.
• Work with service partners on infrastructure support at client locations.
• Provide advice to End Users regarding equipment and services, including a service hub during business hours.
• Open records for Incidents and Requests on behalf of End Users; maintain professionalism and customer satisfaction.
