• Install, diagnose, maintain and service desktop/laptop computers, printers and peripherals.
• Provide remote and on-site Level 2 and Level 3 support for Incidents and Service Requests.
• Manage and provide physical support for End User Productivity and Service Desk Equipment.
• Collaborate with Service Partners to support infrastructure at client locations.
• Open records for incidents and requests on behalf of End Users.
• Maintain a high degree of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
