Job summary

Unisys Australia in Sydney is seeking a field engineer to install, repair and maintain product hardware and software at customer sites. You will take full ownership of onsite service, manage scheduling and communications to ensure client satisfaction with service delivery.

Role requires hands-on field experience, installations, troubleshooting, and a Baseline/NV1 security clearance where applicable. Australian citizenship is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Hands-on field engineering or technical support experience (≥2 years).
• Experience performing maintenance, installations and troubleshooting in customer environments.
• Australian Citizenship and Baseline/NV1 security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Installs, repairs and maintains product hardware and software at customer sites.
• Takes ownership of onsite service activity and manages scheduling.
• Provides technical feedback to improve service delivery and documentation.
• Uses advanced tools to resolve client problems and perform scheduled installs.
• Identifies systemic issues and supports team members with expertise.
• Monitors issues and reports improvements to management.
