Job summary

Unisys Australia is seeking a Senior Field Engineer to install, diagnose, maintain and service end-user devices and peripherals at client sites. You will provide remote and on-site Level 2 and Level 3 support for incidents and service requests that cannot be resolved at the Service Desk.

The role requires NV1 security clearance, strong communication, and a proactive focus on customer service. You will work with partner teams to support end-user productivity and ensure high customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• NV1 security clearance required.
• Experience delivering IT support services with KPI targets.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain End User Productivity and Service Desk Equipment at client locations.
• Provide remote and on-site Level 2 and Level 3 support for incidents and service requests.
• Coordinate with Service Partners to support infrastructure at client locations.
• Provide advice and assistance to End Users for End User Productivity and Service Desk Equipment and Services.
