Job summary

Unisys Field Engineer role involves installing, diagnosing, and servicing desktop, printers and peripherals at client sites across Canberra. You will deliver on-site and remote Level 2/3 support for incidents and service requests, maintaining professionalism and driving customer satisfaction.

The position requires NV2 security clearance, rotating shifts, strong time management, and a customer‑focused, analytical mindset to support End User Productivity and Service Desk Equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain End User Productivity and Service Desk Equipment and Systems at client locations.
• Provide remote and on-site Level 2 and Level 3 support to End Users for Incidents and Service Requests.
• Work with Service Partners to provide physical support for Infrastructure at client locations.
• Manage and provide physical support for End User Equipment including headsets, Smartphones and tablets.
• Maintain a high degree of professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction.
