Job summary

Path4 Group, based in Melbourne, Australia, seeks a dedicated Customer Service professional to join our freight-forwarding team and deliver exceptional service for a diverse client portfolio.

You will manage shipments, coordinate with transport and carriers, and work with the Sales team to tailor solutions while maintaining high service standards. Prior freight-forwarding experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service role within Freight Forwarding, with a deep understanding of the industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse client portfolios.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and handle multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and capable of problem solving under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage a set portfolio of clients, fostering long‑term partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to onboard new clients and provide tailored solutions.
• Proactively manage shipments and coordinate with transport, shipping lines and destination reps.
• Prepare regular reporting and attend customer meetings/reviews.
• Quotations and reporting, including PO reporting and tracking.
• Tracking of all international shipments for your client portfolio.
