PATH4 Group in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Customer Service professional to join our freight forwarding team. You will be the face of the company, building strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients and ensuring their logistics needs are met with exceptional service.

You will manage a set portfolio of clients, collaborate with the Sales team to onboard new clients, proactively manage shipments, prepare regular reports and coordinate shipments with transport lines and

Qualificações

• Proven experience in a customer service role within Freight Forwarding, with a deep understanding of the industry.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to provide comprehensive logistical solutions.
• Proven track record of effectively interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
• A can-do attitude, high attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Self-motivated with a proactive mindset, able to take ownership of client relationships and use initiative to problem-solve.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to onboard new clients and provide tailored solutions.
• Proactively manage shipments.
• Prepare regular reporting.
• Attend customer meetings / reviews.
• Co-ordination of shipments with transport, shipping lines and destination representatives.
• Quotations and reporting, including PO reporting and tracking.
• Tracking of all international shipments for your client portfolio.
