Job summary

PATH4 Group is seeking Senior Customer Service Representatives for our freight forwarding team in Sydney (Botany) and Melbourne (CBD). You will manage relationships, coordinate international air and sea shipments, and ensure smooth end-to-end service from origin to destination.

This role offers a four-day in-office, one-day work-from-home hybrid setup within a growing Australian-owned logistics business. You will collaborate with overseas agents and internal teams to deliver outstanding customer

Qualifications

• Experience in international freight forwarding, especially customer service or account management.
• Solid understanding of air and/or sea freight operations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and managing customer expectations.
• Experience using CargoWise or similar freight management system.
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of customers.
• Coordinate international air and/or sea freight shipments across imports and exports.
• Provide proactive shipment updates and manage customer enquiries.
• Monitor shipments and resolve operational issues, delays and escalations.
• Liaise with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, transport providers and internal teams.
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to processes and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborate with operations and other teams to meet customer expectations.
• Share knowledge and support a positive team environment.
