Job summary

• Technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in field engineering or related technical support roles.

Responsibilities

• Installs, repairs, and maintains product and component hardware and software for customers on-site.
• Manages scheduling, administration and customer communication to ensure satisfaction with service delivery.
• Provides full field engineering support for large and complex clients and takes ownership of onsite service activity.
• Monitors issues and provides feedback to improve service delivery and client metrics.
