Job summary

Unisys is seeking a Field Engineer to provide comprehensive on-site engineering support for large enterprise clients. You will take full ownership of onsite service activities, perform advanced maintenance and install activities, and use advanced tools to resolve issues and complete scheduled work.

Collaboration and proactive issue resolution are essential. The role emphasizes improving client service metrics, documentation, and ongoing feedback to enhance overall service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in Enterprise-level work managing complex client environments.
• Experience installing, repairing and providing technical maintenance for products and components on customer premises.
• Ability to ensure systems operate as designed and are maintained/upgraded per requirements.
• Strong collaboration with technical colleagues to deliver timely service.

Responsibilities

• Provide the full range of Field Engineering support for assigned enterprise clients.
• Own onsite service activities to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
• Perform advanced maintenance on products and systems, including installation activities of low to medium complexity.
• Use advanced tools and technical expertise to resolve client problems and conduct scheduled installs.
• Provide technical feedback to improve service delivery and identify systemic team issues.
• Proactively support teammates and monitor issues to inform management and drive improvements.
