Qualifications

• Active NV1 or NV2 Security Clearance (mandatory).
• Generally 2-4 years of relevant field engineering or technical support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability.
• Experience supporting desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral technologies.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of client service activities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Current Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Diagnose, maintain, repair, and service computer-related technologies.
• Take ownership of service activities across an assigned client base.
• Resolve technical issues using advanced tools and troubleshooting techniques.
• Perform maintenance activities and installation services.
• Identify recurring technical issues and contribute improvement recommendations.
• Support teammates by sharing technical knowledge and expertise.
• Contribute to service reporting, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proactively communicate technical and process improvements to management and team members.
