As a Senior Technical Field Engineer, you'll be the face of technical support onsite, providing advanced field engineering services across an assigned client base. You'll troubleshoot complex hardware issues, perform maintenance and installations, and use your technical knowledge to resolve challenges that impact client operations.

Deliver onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
Diagnose, maintain, repair, and service computer-related technologies.
Take ownership of service activities across an assigned client base.
Resolve technical issues using advanced tools and troubleshooting techniques.
Perform maintenance activities and installation services.
Identify recurring technical issues and contribute improvement recommendations.
Support teammates by sharing technical knowledge and expertise.
Contribute to service reporting, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Proactively communicate technical and process improvements to management and team members.
Active NV1 or NV2 Security Clearance (mandatory).
Generally 2-4 years of relevant field engineering or technical support experience.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability.
Experience supporting desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral technologies.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of client service activities.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Current Driver's Licence.
