Job summary

Unisys in Canberra is seeking a Lead Technical Field Engineer who is an Australian citizen with an active NV1/NV2 clearance and strong technical support experience. The role provides first and second-level support across desktop, server, networking, and software environments.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, server, and network issues, support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows, and Linux environments, perform hardware installations, upgrades, and break-fix activities, and work

Qualifications

• NV1/NV2 Australian Security Clearance is mandatory.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 / Office 365.
• Windows and Linux support experience.
• Background in field engineering or IT service desk is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, server, and network issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows, and Linux environments.
• Perform hardware installations, upgrades, and break-fix activities.
• Support physical and virtual infrastructure environments.
• Work directly with users to resolve critical technical issues.
