Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, maintain and service computer-related products including desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
• Perform fault investigation, triaging and resolution in a deskside support environment.
• Provide desktop and server hardware/software installation and troubleshooting.
• Support printing, deployment, configuration and disposals.
