Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT support experience with KPIs.
• NV1 Security Clearance is required or preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site and in remote support scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Review incident and service request queue and prioritize issues.
• Travel to client sites to troubleshoot hardware/server failures.
• Provide remote Level 3 support for software compatibility issues.
• Install and configure networking equipment with third-party vendors.
• Document work performed and update incident tickets with resolutions.
