Responsibilities

• Serve as a Remote Onsite Engineer supporting large, complex clients across company products and services.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and remote resolution of storage and endpoint issues, including break/fix support.
• Use servers to remotely access and manage client endpoints for support, configuration, and issue resolution.
• Provide senior-level remote support for priority client engagements.
• Guide high-level configuration, deployment, and installation activities for storage and network devices.
