Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is recruiting an Enterprise Account Executive for Australia to drive the full sales cycle across Commercial accounts, owning pipeline, and delivering AI-enabled outcomes for large enterprises.

You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, building compelling ROI cases and expanding Salesforce footprint. Join a team at the forefront of AI-enabled CRM as we help Australia’s largest enterprises adopt agentic AI platforms, collaborating with Success, Engineering, and partners

Qualifications

• Around 5 years of SaaS sales experience in Commercial, Mid-Market or similar segment.
• Proven success managing a high volume of deals and meeting/quota targets.
• Experience building a compelling business case with ROI as a core element.
• Experience working with Customer Success, Solution Engineering and partners to close deals.
• Ability to explain AI and agentic concepts in business terms to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle across a portfolio of Commercial accounts from prospecting to close.
• Run a high-velocity pipeline by generating opportunities and moving deals quickly.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and department heads.
• Land and expand by growing Slack's footprint within customer organizations.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Solution Engineering, partners, and legal to bring deals over the line.
