Salesforce is seeking a Commercial Account Executive for Service Cloud in Sydney. You will partner with commercial customers, solving service and contact centre challenges using Salesforce and Agentforce, including hunting for new logos and expanding existing accounts.

You will run full sales cycles, evangelize AI-powered service solutions, and act as a trusted advisor to help customers achieve outcomes. A track record of quota achievement and SaaS experience is essential.

• 3–5+ years of experience selling technology solutions.
• Track record of quota overachievement.
• Strong consultative selling skills: discovery, framing, negotiation, and close.
• Ability to manage a high-velocity pipeline across a named account set.
