Job summary

Salesforce Australia is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to open new doors and close meaningful deals across the Australian Enterprise segment. You will manage a defined enterprise patch, hunt net new business, and expand relationships within existing accounts.

You will engage with C-suite and senior stakeholders, articulate ROI for AI and cloud-based solutions, and collaborate with Solution Engineers, Customer Success, and Partners to move deals forward.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Enterprise SaaS sales with quota attainment.
• Proven ROI business-case development and executive sponsorship.
• Experience coordinating with customer success, solution engineering, and partners.
• Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
• Strong ability to translate AI/automation concepts into business value.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle with emphasis on net new business across ANZ.
• Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts and drive growth.
• Build trusted C-suite relationships and align technology with strategy.
• Drive adoption and ROI through data, AI, and cloud solutions.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline with outbound prospecting and market intel.
• Lead conversations on ROI of agentic AI-driven engagement.
