Job summary

LexisNexis is seeking a Pre-Sales Consultant – Emerging Tech & AI to join our ANZ team. You will partner with sales to deliver product demos, workshops and strategic guidance on AI and document management solutions to law firms, corporate legal teams and government clients.

Based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, this hybrid role combines hands-on technology storytelling with stakeholder engagement, helping customers understand measurable value from our AI-powered DMS offerings.

Qualifications

Experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting or technical sales.
Experience with SaaS, software or technology-based solutions.
Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience delivering software demonstrations and workshops.
Understanding of AI technologies and their business applications.
Ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Commercial acumen and ability to influence decisions.
Legal technology or document management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Deliver product and technical presentations and customer workshops.
Partner with sales teams to support the sales process.
Develop expertise in LexisNexis' AI and Document Management System (DMS) solutions.
Act as a trusted SME on AI and DMS technologies.
Engage prospective clients to understand business challenges and demonstrate value of AI and DMS solutions.
Support proposals, tenders, RFP responses and sales collateral.
Build relationships with executives, technical teams and decision-makers.
Gather customer insights to inform product enhancement.
