Job summary

LexisNexis in Australia is seeking a Pre-Sales Consultant - Emerging Tech & AI to partner with law firms, corporate legal teams and government bodies. The role is hybrid with two days in the office, delivering product demos and customer workshops to translate AI and document management capabilities into measurable value.

You'll work with sales teams, develop deep AI/DMS expertise and shape proposals, RFPs and client workshops. A strong consultative, customer-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a pre-sales, solutions consulting, sales engineering or technical sales environment.
• Experience working with SaaS, software or technology-based solutions.
• Strong presentation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience delivering software demonstrations and solution workshops.
• A sound understanding of AI technologies and their business applications.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Commercial acumen and consultative engagement approach.

Responsibilities

• Product and technical presentations and customer workshops.
• Partner closely with sales teams to support the sales process.
• Develop deep expertise in LexisNexis AI and DMS solutions.
• Act as a trusted SME on AI and DMS technologies and trends.
• Engage prospective clients to understand business challenges and value delivery.
• Support development of proposals, tenders, RFP responses and sales collateral.
• Build relationships with executive leaders and technical teams throughout the journey.
