Estia Health in Brisbane is seeking an administration-focused role to support the Residential Aged Care Manager and front-of-house operations. You will greet visitors, coordinate rostering, assist with recruitment, billing, payroll and record management, while delivering friendly customer service.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, deadlines, and teamwork in a busy aged care home, with opportunities to mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

• A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives.
• A qualification in Business Administration or similar (ideally).
• A proven ability to work to deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid computer and data skills.
• Previous experience in Aged Care (ideally).
• Previous experience in rostering (ideally).

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and families, ensuring they feel welcome.
• Maintain accurate rostering in collaboration with the Residential Aged Care Manager.
• Assist with staff recruitment and onboarding.
• Provide prompt and friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
• Assist with billing, payroll and stocktake.
• Support administration tasks and record management.
