Job summary

Estia Health is a leading aged care provider actively supporting residents and families across Australia. You’ll be hugely important in making sure our home runs smoothly – an indispensable helper to our residential aged care manager.

You’ll collaborate with home staff to maintain rosters, assist with recruitment and onboarding, and provide prompt, friendly service while managing enquiries to convert them to sales and supporting billing, payroll and stocktake.

Qualifications

• A qualification in Business Administration or similar (ideally).
• A proven ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in Aged Care (ideally) and rostering (ideally).

Responsibilities

• Working closely with the Residential Aged Care Manager and home staff to maintain accurate rosters
• Assisting with staff recruitment and onboarding
• Providing prompt and friendly customer service to both internal and external customers
• Proactively managing the enquiries pipeline to successfully convert enquiries to sales
• Lending a hand with billing, payroll and stocktake
• Maintaining all record management systems
• Supporting our residential aged care manager in their daily tasks
