Estia Health is seeking an organised administrator to help run our aged care home smoothly. You will work closely with the Residential Aged Care Manager and staff to maintain rosters, support recruitment and onboarding, and handle customer enquiries with professionalism.

In this role you will also assist with billing, payroll and stocktake, keep records up to date, and support the manager with daily tasks. Aged care experience and rostering are preferred but not essential for all candidates.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Business Administration or similar.
• Experience in Aged Care (ideally).
• Experience in rostering (ideally).

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate rosters with the Residential Aged Care Manager and home staff.
• Assist with staff recruitment and onboarding.
• Provide prompt and friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
• Proactively manage the enquiries pipeline to convert enquiries to sales.
• Assist with billing, payroll and stocktake.
• Maintain all record management systems.
• Support the residential aged care manager in daily tasks.
