Job summary

Estia Health in Queensland is seeking an organised administrator to support the Residential Aged Care Manager with rostering, onboarding and frontline customer service across our homes. You'll manage enquiries, help with billing, payroll, stocktake, and maintain records using our systems, ensuring timely responses and accurate data in a fast-paced aged care environment.

Experience in rostering and familiarity with aged care operations preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in rostering is preferred.
• Experience in aged care is advantageous.
• Strong computer and data skills are required.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Residential Aged Care Manager and home staff to maintain accurate rosters.
• Assist with staff recruitment and onboarding.
• Provide prompt and friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
• Proactively manage the enquiries pipeline and assist with billing, payroll and stocktake.
• Maintain all record management systems.
• Support the residential aged care manager in daily tasks.
