Job summary

Estia Health is seeking an organized administrator to ensure smooth daily operations at our aged care home in Australia. You will work closely with the Residential Aged Care Manager and home staff to manage rosters and front-desk duties, while supporting recruitment, billing, payroll and stocktake.

The role demands strong data skills, a client-focused approach and the ability to mentor an Administration Officer.

Qualifications

• A qualification in Business Administration or similar (ideally).
• Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid computer and data skills.
• Previous experience in Aged Care (ideally).
• Previous experience in rostering (ideally).

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate roster in collaboration with the Residential Aged Care Manager and home staff.
• Reception duties, greeting visitors to the home.
• Assist with staff recruitment and onboarding.
• Provide prompt and friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
• Proactively manage enquiries to convert to sales.
• Assist with billing, payroll and stocktake.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to the Administration Officer.
• Maintain all record management systems.
• Support the residential aged care manager in daily tasks.
