Job summary

Estia Health is seeking an administration-focused team member to help our aged care homes run smoothly in Adelaide. You will work closely with the Residential Aged Care Manager and staff to keep rosters accurate, support recruiting and onboarding, and deliver prompt service to residents and visitors.

This role also involves handling enquiries, assisting with billing and payroll, and maintaining records. A background in business admin and data skills will help you contribute effectively in a

Qualifications

• Qualification in Business Administration or similar.
• Solid computer and data skills.
• Proven ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in Aged Care rostering (ideally).

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate rosters in collaboration with the Residential Aged Care Manager and home staff.
• Assist with staff recruitment and onboarding.
• Provide prompt and friendly service to internal and external customers.
• Proactively manage the enquiries to convert to sales.
• Assist with billing, payroll and stocktake.
• Maintain all record management systems.
• Support the residential aged care manager in daily tasks.
