Job summary

Estia Health is seeking a full-time administrator to ensure our homes run smoothly, serving as a key link between the Residential Aged Care Manager, staff, and residents. You will roster, recruit, onboard, and provide frontline customer service to internal and external customers.

The role requires a people person with attention to detail, experience in rostering (ideally), and the ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Competitive hourly rate and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives.
• A qualification in Business Administration or similar (ideally).
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid computer and data skills.
• Experience in Aged Care (ideally).
• Experience rostering (ideally).
• Available Monday to Friday for Full Time (76 hours per fortnight).
• Salary: $43.01 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Residential Aged Care Manager to maintain accurate rosters.
• Assist with staff recruitment and onboarding.
• Provide prompt and friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
• Proactively manage enquiries to convert to sales.
• Assist with billing, payroll and stocktake.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to Administration Officer.
• Maintain all record management systems.
• Support the residential aged care manager in daily tasks.
