Job summary

Unisys in Australia is seeking a Technical Field Engineer to deliver on-site technical support, install, diagnose and maintain desktop PCs, printers and peripherals for a federal government client.

You will perform fault triage, hardware/software troubleshooting, and ensure customers stay satisfied through reliable service. NV1/NV2 clearance and a valid driver’s license are required, with Deskside experience essential.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ experience in a Deskside support environment.
• NV1 or NV2 security clearance is required for this role.
• Driver’s License is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, maintain and service desktop PCs, printers and peripherals on-site.
• Provide fault triage and resolution in a Deskside support context.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional engagement and timely issue resolution.
