Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months Deskside support experience.
• NV1 security clearance must have for this role.
• Driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, maintain, and service computer products (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals).
• Perform fault investigation, triaging, and resolution in a Deskside support environment.
• Support a corporate Windows environment, including printing, deployment, configuration, and disposals.
• Test and Tag experience is highly regarded.
