Job summary

Unisys is seeking a Field Engineer to install, diagnose, and service IT hardware including desktops, printers, and peripherals at client sites across Seymour and surrounding areas.

You will provide on-site and remote Level 2/3 support, manage incidents and service requests, ensure high customer satisfaction, and work with Service Partners to maintain End User Productivity and Service Desk Equipment. NV1 clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, maintain and service computer-related products including desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
• Install, repair and maintain End User Productivity and Service Desk Equipment and Systems at client locations.
• Provide both remote and on-site Level 2 and Level 3 support to End Users for Incidents and Service Requests.
• Manage and provide physical support for End User Productivity and Service Desk Equipment.
• Work with Service Partners to provide physical support for Infrastructure at client locations hosting EUPSD Services.
• Offer guidance to End Users and provide a 'service hub' with dedicated support staff during business hours at specified locations.
• Open records for Incidents and Requests on behalf of End Users and maintain professionalism and customer satisfaction.
