Flick Anticimex is seeking an organised Scheduler for our Alstonville team to coordinate technician schedules and maintain efficient daily runs. This hands-on role focuses on keeping field operations running smoothly and ensuring customers receive reliable service.

You’ll work with technicians, branch leadership, and customer service to optimise schedules, reduce travel, and utilise technician availability. A fast-paced environment and problem-solving mindset are essential.

Formación

• Previous experience in scheduling, rostering, dispatch or operations coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Plan daily and forward technician schedules.
• Build productive runs around location, availability and qualifications.
• Maximise available capacity and technician utilisation.
• Manage cancellations, reschedules and urgent work.
• Minimise travel and improve route efficiency.
• Communicate changes with customers and technicians.
• Monitor capacity and escalation resource issues.
• Maintain accurate booking and service information.
