• Previous experience in a scheduling, dispatch, logistics or workforce planning role.

• Coordinate and schedule technician appointments based on geographic location, technician availability, skill set and customer requirements.
• Optimise daily schedules to maximise workforce productivity, utilisation and operational efficiency.
• Monitor technician workloads and make real-time scheduling adjustments in response to operational changes.
• Ensure field resources are allocated effectively
• Manage inbound and outbound customer communications in accordance with company procedures and service standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across scheduling, dispatch and business management systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance and service delivery.
