Scheduler | Alstonville

Flick Anticimex is looking for an organised and proactive Scheduler to join our Alstonville team and play a key role in keeping our field operations running smoothly.

This is a busy, hands-on role where no two days are quite the same. You’ll be responsible for coordinating technician schedules, building efficient daily runs, responding to changes throughout the day and making sure our customers receive reliable and timely service.

You’ll work closely with our technicians, branch leadership and customer service teams to keep schedules productive, minimise unnecessary travel and make the best use of technician availability.

• Confidence communicating with customers and field-based employees

• Strong geographical and route-planning skills

• A practical approach to problem-solving

• Good computer skills and confidence learning new systems

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• A proactive attitude and willingness to jump in when things change

• Experience within field services, trades, logistics, pest control or a similar environment would be an advantage
