Job summary

Linktal Recruitment – Sydney Western Suburbs NSW is seeking a Scheduler to join a fast-paced operations team. You will own daily scheduling, coordinate drivers and fleet, and handle last-minute changes to keep run schedules on track.

You will liaise with customers and internal teams, work on-call every two weeks, and thrive in a high-pressure environment. This full-time role offers AUD 105k–110k base plus super.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, dispatch, transport or fleet coordination
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Able to multitask and respond quickly under pressure
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable in a busy environment
