Job summary

Dubbo City Toyota is seeking motivated Sales Consultants to join our team in Dubbo. You’ll guide customers through the buying journey, from first enquiry to handing over the keys, delivering an experience that keeps them coming back.

No two days are the same – you’ll be welcomed by a strong enquiry flow, a wide stock range, proven systems, and a supportive team backing you as you close deals and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required.
• Hold a valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in the showroom and online.
• Understand customer needs and match with the right vehicle.
• Demonstrate and present vehicles confidently.
• Manage enquiries from walk-ins, phone, and digital channels.
• Build genuine, long-term relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with Finance & Insurance teams to close deals.
• Deliver a standout buying experience from start to finish.

About the role

We’re growing and looking for motivated Sales Consultants to join our team.

You’ll guide customers through the entire buying journey, from first enquiry to handing over the keys, delivering an experience that keeps them coming back.

You’ll be supported by:

• Strong enquiry flow and quality leads
• A wide range of new or pre-owned stock
• Proven systems, training and leadership
• A supportive, high-performing team

What you’ll be doing

No two days are the same, but you’ll be:

• Welcoming customers in the showroom and online
• Understanding their needs and matching them with the right vehicle
• Demonstrating and presenting vehicles with confidence
• Managing enquiries (walk-in, phone, digital)
• Building genuine, long-term relationships
• Working closely with our Finance & Insurance team
• Negotiating and closing deals
• Delivering a standout experience from start to finish.

This is a people-first role. If you’re naturally good with people, the rest can be taught.
