As our dealership continues to grow, we are looking for experienced New and Used Car Sales Consultants to join our team.

About You

We are looking for motivated, customer-focused sales professionals who are passionate about delivering outstanding results and building lasting relationships.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build genuine rapport with customers.

• A customer-first approach and a commitment to delivering an exceptional experience.

• A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to learn and continually improve.

• Proven sales experience. Experience in automotive sales is highly regarded, while retail or customer service experience will also be viewed favourably.

• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while consistently achieving sales targets.

• A strong work ethic, high level of motivation and a genuine desire to build a long-term career.

• A professional and ethical approach, with respect for customers, colleagues and the wider community.

• A commitment to continuous improvement and achieving your personal and professional goals.

Previous experience in automotive sales, particularly Toyota, is preferred but not essential. Full training and support will be provided to the right candidate.
