Job summary

Gough Recruitment is seeking ambitious individuals to start a rewarding career in residential real estate sales in NSW. You’ll gain hands-on experience across the sales process while developing skills to become a successful agent.

Responsibilities include prospecting, building relationships, property appraisals, listings, open homes, negotiations and targeted marketing. We offer base pay plus commissions, training and ongoing support from experienced sales professionals, plus genuine career

Qualifications

• Current Certificate of Registration and real estate licence are essential.
• Ability to build a long-term career in real estate sales.
• Confident communication and relationship-building skills.

• Assisting with property appraisals and listing presentations.
• Conducting open homes and following up with prospective buyers.

• Assisting with property marketing campaigns and sales negotiations.
• Developing your knowledge of the Upper Hunter property market.
• Learning how to win listings, negotiate deals and achieve sales targets.

• Professional, organised and eager to learn
• A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Previous real estate sales experience will be highly regarded
