Qualifications

• Previous real estate sales experience is essential.
• Certificate of Registration (COR) is required.
• Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable car.
• Confident, personable and professional communication skills.
• A proactive attitude and genuine passion for property.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Hungry to learn, grow and achieve results.
• Availability to work Saturdays, with a day off during the week.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting through warm and cold calls to generate new opportunities.
• Assisting with market appraisals and listing presentations.
• Managing buyer enquiries and open home follow-ups.
• Coordinating photography, marketing and property campaigns.
• Preparing agency agreements and launching new listings.
• Assisting with open homes and buyer management.
• Overseeing pre-sale preparations and post-sale administration.
• Building strong relationships with buyers, vendors and prospective clients.
• Supporting experienced agents throughout the entire sales process.
