Real Recruiters in Newcastle is seeking a hands-on sales assistant to learn the residential real estate sales process from the ground up. You’ll work closely with the Director on prospecting, lead generation and creating opportunities, with a clear KPI framework and room to grow.

You don’t need prior real estate experience; a positive attitude, coachability and willingness to learn are key. Weekend work is expected as part of ongoing development.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and lead generation via outbound calls, follow-up and pipeline management.
• Identify sellers and conversations from listings and campaigns.
• Follow up buyer enquiries and convert conversations into opportunities.
• Work through past appraisals to uncover listing opportunities.
• Door knocking and letterbox drops in targeted areas.
• Follow up leads from social media and organic channels.
• Attend listing and appraisal appointments with the Director as required.
• Support campaign management from listing prep through to sale.
• Assist with open homes and private inspections, with buyer follow-up.
• Maintain CRM records and prospecting activity with accurate data.
• Assist with marketing materials and campaign collateral.
• Stay proactive and follow opportunities through to completion.

The role...

Joining a small, boutique team with business growth firmly on the agenda, you'll work closely alongside the Director and gain genuine exposure to the full sales process.

This is a hands-on sales assistant role with a strong focus on prospecting, lead generation and creating opportunities.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Prospecting and lead generation — outbound calling, database follow-up and actively working the pipeline
• Working off newly listed and sold campaigns to identify potential sellers and create new conversations
• Following up buyer enquiries and identifying opportunities to convert buyer conversations into future business
• Working through past appraisals and database contacts to uncover potential listing opportunities
• Door knocking and letterbox dropping within targeted areas
• Following up leads generated through social media, online enquiries and other organic channels
• Attending listing and appraisal appointments with the Director where required
• Supporting campaign management, from listing preparation through to sale
• Assisting with open homes and private inspections, including buyer follow-up and feedback
• Maintaining accurate CRM records, follow-up tasks and prospecting activity
• Supporting the preparation of marketing, property information, brochures and campaign materials
• Staying alert to opportunities and following them through rather than letting them slip away

We're looking for...

You don't need years of real estate experience, but some real estate exposure would definitely put you at an advantage e.g: Real Estate Sales Associate / Trainee | Sales Administrator | Buyer Manager

Alternatively, you may be coming from another sales environment where prospecting, KPIs, outbound calling and self-generated business are already part of your world.
