Gough Recruitment is recruiting for a Sales Associate to Director in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. You will join a high-performing team, work closely with a Director and Lead Agent, and receive hands-on training, mentoring, and exposure to all residential sales aspects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience within the real estate industry, ideally in sales.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Agent and Director with day-to-day sales activities.
• Conduct open homes, private inspections and buyer appointments.
• Prospect for new business and build relationships with potential vendors.
• Manage buyer enquiries and follow up prospective purchasers.
• Assist with negotiations and property sales.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with buyers and vendors.
• Support listing presentations, appraisals and sales campaigns.
• Work closely with a high-performing team to achieve sales targets.
