Job summary

Vault Advisory is guiding an ambitious Sales Associate to become a licensed real estate professional. You’ll work with experienced agents, learning to prospect, win business, manage buyers, run campaigns and build the skills needed for a future sales career.

The role emphasizes hands-on learning, support, and a clear pathway to growth within a tight-knit team, with strong mentorship and real sales exposure across campaigns and listings.

Our client is a highly regarded Eastern Beaches agency is looking for a driven Sales Associate to join a close-knit team where training, progression and internal growth are genuinely part of the culture.

You won’t be buried in admin for the next three years.

You’ll be working alongside experienced agents, learning how to prospect, win business, manage buyers, run campaigns and build the skills you’ll eventually need to step into your own sales career.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

This is a hands-on sales role, so expect to be involved in:

WHO WILL DO WELL HERE

You do not need years of experience.

Around six months in real estate would be ideal, but they are equally open to someone newer who has the right attitude and knows they want a career in sales.
